PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted forms of payment online include:​

Credit / Debit Card Transactions - payments are processed securely through Square, Inc.

Local customers are welcome to purchase online and choose local pick-up,
or even better save credit card charges and contact me to arrange pick up with cash payment.
SHIPPING POLICY
All in-stock items are ready to ship, and will usually be shipped the next day unless I am on vacation, in which case they will ship asap, via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FEDEX. Shipping times vary depending on locations.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Please notify me via email or contact form within 3 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in original condition, carefully packed shipped and insured by customer; please repack using the same packing material.

Once safely returned, refunds for pottery items only, will be issued.

If items are damaged in return shipping, customer is responsible for claim and refunds will not be issued by seller.

Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are shipped fully insured and tracked through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If items arrive broken, please take pictures of all packaging materials and broken pieces for insurance claim, and contact me immediately. I will make every effort to replace the item if possible, and if not, a full refund will be issued including shipping costs. Damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Please understand that there will be variations in color, coverage, shape and size of each piece. No two pieces will be exactly the same.
PRODUCT CARE
All products are hand made using oven, microwave and dishwasher safe stoneware, or porcelain. Glazes and materials are food safe unless specified on product description.

All pottery items are dishwasher safe though hand-washing is recommended for prolonged life of products.
​
Garden pottery should be brought indoors during freezing weather.
QUESTIONS & CONCERNS
Please contact me via email or contact form with any questions regarding pottery, shipping, or special orders. If an item you are interested in is not in stock, items take at least 4-6 weeks to create. Exact duplications are not possible due to the nature of the craft, but similar products can be created upon request. If you are not sure about an item, contact me for details or more pictures.
