CUSTOMER CARE

All products are hand made using oven, microwave and dishwasher safe stoneware, or porcelain. Glazes and materials are food safe unless specified on product description. Please understand that there will be variations in color, coverage, shape and size of each piece. No two pieces will be exactly the same.

Shipping:

*STUDIO CLOSED UNTIL MID FEBRUARY 2023.

*ANY ORDERS PLACED WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL FEB 20TH.

When the studio is open: all in-stock items are ready to ship, and will be shipped within 5-7 days via USPS priority mail. Please email if express shipping is needed.

 

Returns:

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please notify me within 3 days. Items must be unused, in original condition, carefully packed and insured by customer, no shipping costs will be refunded. Once safely returned, refunds for pottery items only, will be issued.

 

Damaged items:

All items are shipped fully insured and tracked. If items arrive broken, please take pictures of all packaging materials and broken pieces for insurance claim, and contact me immediately. I will make every effort to replace the item if possible, and if not, a full refund will be issued including shipping costs.  Damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Questions or Concerns?

Please contact me with any questions regarding pottery, shipping, or special orders. If not in stock, items take at least 4 weeks to create.  Exact duplications are not possible. If you are not sure about an item, contact me for details, or more pictures.
